well below standard....Three times I posted letters to abroad , two with birthday card and money ln them the two that the staff knew had money in them didn't arrive to destination ?? I still have the receipt for one that was posted a month ago.. just one out of the three I posted had no money in them had arrived ??? I knew for definite that one wasn't going to get there .. very strong suspicion as the lady clerk was temporarily on the 6th of October 2023 where the letter was posted...???
