Very poor service from their so called "emergency response" called About one of there fire alarm systems going off in full actavation and sirens Whaling and an unresponsive control panel. The person on the phone had little to no clue of what to do, and just kept saying that they will get an Engineer To call back > Which they did not, After waiting More than 1hr we recalled the office and once again was promised that they will get in touch with an engineer and have a call back and come to our location > again these were false promises and have been waiting over 6hr for any kind of "response" Heaven forbid that that the industry they work in deals with fire where speed is of the essence!! I could have taken public transport and a train from Dublin to Cork quicker and they still didn't respond. Called another company "ippon" and was helped even though it was not there system, described the panel etc...Over the phone and was guided through to a stage where the Unresponsive Panel was activated enough So we could silence all the sounders.
We have our alarm system with Apex fire in a large residential complex in Dublin city center and we have had to endure the alarms going off every few months in the middle of the night and after years and many visits the issue is still recurring. People and children get woken at 3am sometime 4 or 5 am and when calling Apex Fire there is absolutely no sense of urgency at all, often having to place multiple calls and wait over 1h30 min to have someone on site to help. Disastrous system and poor service
Needed urgent response but had no account with Apex. From Emma who answered the phone, to Wayne who came on site in days right through to Barry who fitted everything within the week, Apex were superb👌
Very poor,a nice young lad there on his own but he couldn't help me with anything as he said the boss wasn't there,pretty poor experience overall
