Big shout out to the John Paul ward staff for helping James through a difficult few days. Even re issuing a prescription on a week end a few days after we checked out that he mistakenly put in the bin! The clinic helped me guide him through a difficult few days. He’s getting better. Beautiful calm building with grand piano in the middle and Forrest style entrance.
This place is amazing. I had an appointment here. I was so impressed. The moment u walk in, everything is so pretty, it doesn't feel like you are in the hospital. Beautifully decorated, piano in the middle of the waiting area, staff very friendly and professional, everywhere super clean.
I have stayed at the Galway clinic for surgery and then 2 nights my experience has been very attentive staff and knowledgeable stayed in a private room allocated for me on my request bed manager very forthcoming. The room was pleasant and comfy my surgeon very friendly and knows how things should be done thank you All nurses have been more then friendly so I felt well looked after The food could do with improvement sandwich was bad Salad was very good as for the rest One would say what would you expect from a hospital but as a chef myself you could do a lot better with the same budget But just a slight hick up over the whole picture. My experience of the Galway clinic is not short of miracle workers They are incredible in their task and make you feel well in the worst of circumstances all have to be admired for their friendliness and professionalism Leaves for me just one more thing to say Thank you all for making me well again from the bottom of my heart
Very futuristic and beautiful clinic, was leaving somebody else off but even know visitors were not allowed at the time of posting, I was able to stay through the check in process. Staff were very friendly and always had time to help. Dinner for patient was presented by a menu, and you got choice. I would highly recommend this hospital/clinic for anyone who needs urgent help. There is also an in-house Chapel, pharmacy and small shop.
Galway Clinic is a fantastic hospital. Very clean & well organised. Staff are profesional and friendly. Rooms are spacious clean and comfortable. The food selection os fantastic and you can also get beverages or a sandwhich after the kitchen has closed. More like a hotel then a hospital. Cons: The public wifi disconects once your device locks and needs to be added again. The reception for most providers here is atrocious with limited conectivity. 3g at best.
