My visit to the clinic was a little while ago. While the doctors and nurses were very kind and professional, my interaction with the receptionist was disappointing — I felt unwelcome when I arrived. Overall, the care I received from the medical staff was good, but the front desk experience could definitely be improved.
Very professional and polite staff, experienced doctors and physiotherapists, very helpfull receptionists. They helped me greatly with my acute lower back injury. Highly recommended to all !
Very polite and well Experienced doctors. As a walk-in i didn't' have to wait longer than 10 minutes to be seen. Very happy. Highly friendly and welcoming reception and very reasonable price. I can definitely recommend it. 5 start
The Doctors are good but the receptionist and other staff that are supposed to be greeting patients are THE WORSE. I just read a few comments here also sharing the bad experience with the receptionists, they should put a stop to that. secretary and receptionists are rude, unhelpful, want to do what they want with patients. They even refused treatment to whoever complaints. Not good.
I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic, and it was entirely due to the receptionist. I came in with my sister for a medical test related to a car learner permit. After finding out that only an eye test was actually needed, I tried to cancel the medical test. However, the receptionist refused to do so and insisted I had to go through with it — even though it turned out I never needed it at all. She was also extremely rude. I arrived early for the appointment, and instead of letting us wait in the reception area, she told us to leave and “go get a coffee”. Her tone and attitude were completely unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome. On the positive side, the GP we saw was absolutely lovely — kind, respectful, and helpful. It’s a shame that the front desk staff lady created such an uninviting first impression. The receptionist seriously needs training in both customer service and basic courtesy. My appointment was at 2pm 17/06/25, didn’t catch her name.
