Very unhelpful on a recent appointment with a relative. A simple procedure was delayed hours without any explanation as to why, or any idea of how long it was going to be delayed. When asked how much longer my relative would be, the reply was just a curt "they're very busy".

As usual - excellent staff, doctors, receptionists, secretaries etc. Facilities pristine! The nicest hospital in Galway!
Waiting time for a sleep study was a little over eight months for me. You then have to take two days because the check in is 13:00. Once the technician wired me up it was an eight hour wait for the study to commence. Told to wait for the consultant to give me feedback on my results the following morning but in my view it was not a consultation worth waiting for. Staff were lovely and the room was nice but that unfortunately is not what I came for.
I have to say this hospital is only fantastic, the nursing staff were extreemely professional from the minute they met me,I also have to give a shout out to the catering and cleaning staff who were so friendly and dare I say it even made my stay enjoyable ,a big thanks to all involved in my care.
