I visited the Bons as a visitor. Staff were extremely helpful and kind and go out of their way to make sure that you are welcomed, addressed respectfully and given good directions. Parking is ample and convenient.
I have to say this hospital is only fantastic, the nursing staff were extreemely professional from the minute they met me,I also have to give a shout out to the catering and cleaning staff who were so friendly and dare I say it even made my stay enjoyable ,a big thanks to all involved in my care. Waiting time for a sleep study was a little over eight months for me. You then have to take two days because the check in is 13:00. Once the technician wired me up it was an eight hour wait for the study to commence. Told to wait for the consultant to give me feedback on my results the following morning but in my view it was not a consultation worth waiting for. Staff were lovely and the room was nice but that unfortunately is not what I came for.
