I was in Ireland last week and visited this clinic. The place is clean and well-organized, and the receptionist was very polite. However, the doctor barely examined me, quickly prescribed some medication, and told me to come back in 15 days if it didn’t improve. The issue was clearly serious and only got worse. I ended up seeing another doctor who diagnosed it properly and prescribed antibiotics — I started feeling better the very next day. The consultation lasted less than 5 minutes and lacked care and attention.
Was here this morning for a Visit as a walk in.The receptionist was lovely along with the Doctor. I had to wait 1.5 to 2 hrs. I didn't mind that. What I did have a problem with was having to pay €15 to get a print out of my visit on top of the €50 for the visit itself. The receptionist said it was company policy. Very disappointed that I had to pay this but I needed it for my insurance. Total rip off .... I'm home on holidays from the USA. Could I speak to anyone about this?
I had a terrible respiratory infection. I had never felt so bad before and it was getting worse day by day. The girl at the reception was very nice. I didn't wait long in the Doctor 365 waiting room. I had a few people ahead of me but the doctor dealt with each patient quickly. That's why I didn't wait long in the Doctor 365 waiting room. The doctor in the office prescribed me some strong medication but that same evening I felt a difference in my breathing. I don't remember the doctor's name, but I wanted to thank him for his help. The clinic is worth recommending and it's open on Saturdays. Always call before you go. I always call. Best regards and Happy New Year to the whole team.
My first time visiting a GP in Ireland and I must admit the services were very good and cost was ok. Not much of time wasting. Overall impression: Excellent
One of the worst doctor’s offices in the west of Ireland. The level of care is shockingly poor, offering little to no real help to patients in need. My significant other has suffered more because of their negligence than received any meaningful assistance. I strongly advise others to seek care elsewhere.
