I have been to Dr. Aziz on 3 occasions. The best thing about this doctor is that I find him easy to talk to and connect with. The level of empathy, compassion and consideration Dr. Aziz extends to his patients is in my experience rare. The visits are quick but never feel rushed, wait times are quick too. I feel very well cared for leaving Dr. 365 Galway and the office staff are the perfect people for their job also. Thank you.
I went at 10am right when it opened and got attention very quickly. Dr. Aziz was the most helpful and gentle, took the time to explain everything to me and kindly talked me through the consult and treatment. Couldnt be happier. Will be back for any medical issue I have in the future. I am a foreigner without irish healthcare and didnt know how to access mediacl care as GPs were not accepting me. They charged me but it wasnt even as expensive as i thought it could be.
I was in Ireland last week and visited this clinic. The place is clean and well-organized, and the receptionist was very polite. However, the doctor barely examined me, quickly prescribed some medication, and told me to come back in 15 days if it didn’t improve. The issue was clearly serious and only got worse. I ended up seeing another doctor who diagnosed it properly and prescribed antibiotics — I started feeling better the very next day. The consultation lasted less than 5 minutes and lacked care and attention.
My first time visiting any walk in clinic in Galway and i left very disappointed. Upon arrival i was told that there are no doctor on site, i was told that if i required a doctor see me to come the next day or i could do an over the phone consultation. I opted for the phone consultation (this is something i have done many times in other counties). The doctor initally listened to me discribe my symptoms and very quickly said he could issue a medical cert. When asked what dates i wanted to include he immediately starts to cut across me stating that he cannot apply a note over the phone that covers more than 48 hours into the past. I ask if this could be done in person to which he begins loudly expressing that there is no need to come back in for a new cert if he issues me one. I ask for how long can the cert be issued for and that ive had cold/flu like symptoms for 3 days now and in his medical opinion how much more time would he feel comfortable allowing. The doctor tells me he can only extrend til thursday and that if i need to come back it there will be further charges. I asked about these charges and the doctor very loudly raises his voice for me to not cut him off (i didnt, there was close to a 10 second silence). Overall i cannot condemn the whole clinic, however, this doctor i can condemn and will be the sole reason i do not return for future care should i need it. The receptionist was very lovely, kind, patient, and listened attentively when taking me through the initial sign in process and the eventual refund.
Was here this morning for a Visit as a walk in.The receptionist was lovely along with the Doctor. I had to wait 1.5 to 2 hrs. I didn't mind that. What I did have a problem with was having to pay €15 to get a print out of my visit on top of the €50 for the visit itself. The receptionist said it was company policy. Very disappointed that I had to pay this but I needed it for my insurance. Total rip off .... I'm home on holidays from the USA. Could I speak to anyone about this?
