I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Danielle at the reception desk in mullingar. I was quite nervous but her friendly and polite manner, made me feel at ease. Dr Sidra, who saw me, was so gentle and soft spoken and explained everything to me clearly. I received great service from both Danielle and Dr Sidra, and won’t hesitate to return should I need to in the future. 10/10 service
Would not recommend at all. Lady doctor kept telling how I need antibiotics and wouldn’t even listen to my concerns. Felt stupid even trying to explain how I feel and what’s my symptoms. She kept saying how she’s always on antibiotics and how everyone is sick because it’s a season of viruses. Asked for a referral letter just to get my chest checked because I’m concerned so she got annoyed. At the end turns out didn’t even got the letter done the way it should be so I wasn’t even able to get scan done. Such a disappointment and waste of money and time.
Would not recommend at all. The male doctor didn't listen to my concerns. I came out of the clinic knowing nothing more than I already knew about my symptoms. He also didn't really fully explain what tests he was running. And 65 euros were taken. The reception was great and friendly but not the doctor. My worst experience in seeing doctors.
Very poor experience. Would not recommend. Husband presented in distress with asthma - no oxygen or heart rate checked, barely listened with stethoscope. Sent of with prescription for antibiotic which would take 48hrs to work. No mention of inhalers or nebulisers to help breathing or offer immediate relief . Very disgruntled and unhelpful when asked for letter to attend a&e and tried to charge double price. Been in hospital for two days now with severe asthma and low oxygen levels. Dangerous practice. Thank god we had the sense to leave and go straight to hospital.
In and out sorted with prescription for pain in 20 minutes, doctor and receptionist friendly and helpful . Far faster than going to my usual doc, half the day isn’t wasted in a waiting room
