Not sure what it is with medical receptionists in this city, but they all seem to have gone to the same school of rudeness. Rang up to inquire whether they were accepting new patients and the receptionist said it depended on the circumstances. Asked where current GP is and I gave the address. He said they don't accept transfers from Cork GPs. I asked why and he said it's just their policy. I explained that he's in Cork, but a taxi ride away, whereas they are walking distance. I said, I know it's your policy, but can you tell me why? He said, rather snidely, that he doesn't have to give me that information. ...what in the? What is wrong with you that you think being rude is appropriate? Unbelievable! Just shockingly rude. And what a ridiculous policy!
Won't recommend registering as a patient here. The doctors are just simply not very willing to help you and make you feel comfortable. Overall unfortunately very rude, racist and discriminatory.
I find the new receptionist so much more fitting for the practice. Kind and patient on the phone, Dylan is very helpful. I’ve never had a poor experience with the nurse or Doctor Fall. I’ve been going to this Doctors for over 5 years and it’s huge upgrade compared to my previous doctors surgery.
Their current male receptionist needs to be either completely retrained or perhaps simply replaced, as he appears to be completely devoid of any sort of emotional intelligence based on our interactions with him. Shocking levels of rudeness, dismissiveness and ignorance from this individual.
Aiden the receptionist highly rude ignorant and highly dismissive presenting lack of care and kindness. Your helping sick people you need to show some level of compassion. The doctors here are wonderful nothing bad to say about them but please hire someone new to greet the patients
