I've been at this practice for 7 years, & have never felt like just another number (whether on the phone or in person). Dr. Sumi and her staff have always been professional, compassionate, and helpful, with the reception team always finding a space to squeeze me in when needed. Everyone at the practice (receptionists, other GPs, nurse) are worth waiting for & during Covid went above & beyond, which I will never forget.
Terrible service at the reception. The receptionist saw me standing at the desk waiting right in front of her. But she continued talking on the phone for about 20 minutes, not paying any attention to me. I had no choice but to leave the clinic. My leaving also did not attract the attention of the clinic employee, who continued talking on the phone. I think if I had fainted standing in front of her, she would have continued to ignore me. Why do you need such employees?
