Nothing to complain about actually congratulations to all workers of hospital for amazing work they been doing over the years with all equipment and infrastructure this workers been working doing the best they can.
Took my father-in-law to the emergency department, they took him in quickly and ran all the necessary tests. They had no issues with me being with him the entire time due to his state and basic level of English. Everyone we talked to was extremely nice, professional, and understanding - from the porter at the door, the lady at the reception, the guy who took him to get his Xray, as well as all the nurses and the doctor.
A quick update on the incident. Now on June 2025, after 8 months, my appointment was approved for Mallow hospital for the ENT department, of course, and I didn't went because I had fixed the problem a month later by traveling to another country, since in the hospital for the ent department, money is probably more sacred than the patients. Fortunately, I don't have children, if I had to take them to this hospital, we wouldn't have a good ending.
I had an outstanding experience at Mallow General Hospital's injury department, and I wanted to share my thoughts with others. The staff there are truly amazing, and they go above and beyond to take care of you from the moment you walk in the door. Even though no one enjoys having to visit a hospital, I can confidently say that this is one of the best I've ever had the opportunity to visit. Perhaps it's because it's not an emergency department, but the atmosphere is notably more relaxed. One thing to note is that there might be some expected waiting times, especially if they need to perform blood tests or x-rays, but the upside is that they have a set time to finish by 8 o'clock. This means you have a clear idea of when you'll be leaving. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to all the staff at Mallow General Hospital's injury department for their exceptional care and service. You are truly brilliant, and your dedication to patient care does not go unnoticed. Keep up the fantastic work!
What a great staff, I went to have a very unpleasant test in urology this morning, and I experienced a highly efficient organised staff who were very generous and re assured me at every opportunity, from the gentleman on security to admissions to the nurses , marie Norma and Joan and the theatre staff, what an awful experience, but what wonderful compassionate care from all the staff. Thank you so much for reassuring me through out, thank you from the bottom of my heart the worst 3 minutes of my life but the most cared for 3 minutes ❤️❤️❤️❤️
