Had my baby girl there in September treated horribly while in labour had the gas taken away from me rude horrible nurses while given birth apart from one young girl. How they get away with it I don’t know why train and work as a nurse if you don’t like you job or you just use it to bully people be nasty and treat people in a vulnerable position badly. Given a late epidural and they wouldn’t even help me off the bed they know who they are should be sacked
Excellent staff in all areas but the worst hospital experience you'll ever have, not enough space for patients. By tomorrow morning, I'll be 65 hours between sitting on a chair in A&E and lying on a trolley in a hallway in A&E. Is this normal? , here, I think it is :( and about 4 hours sleep :(
Travelling from Australia getting sick isn't fun. Found the staff at this hospital so caring kind and full of empathy. All hospitals are busy, so patience is a virtue. The staff do a great job👏Thank you so much for your kindness to me, Deborah Maloney Tumbarumba, Australia
Had to go their NYE and really can't praise the staff enough. It was quiet and things moved quickly, it would have been expected that it would have been slow, that's the nature of A&E but it was so efficient and the care and niceness of all staff from the porter, to the nurses to the doctors was unparalleled. It was my first time in A&E and they were all so great working in a very busy and tough environment I've no doubt :).
if you’re going to make people wait in a&e for 12+ hours, at least get comfier seats. staff were friendly enough though
