The courier has been very lazy for several weeks and does not want to bring parcels. He leaves the paper in the mailbox for me to pick it up in person at the post office. This happens every time and I wait for him at home to pick up the package and he not cameing. Today I see him from window and he was in van doing something on his phone long time.
Tried to post a parcel to Ukraine but was told we needed letter from department of protection, never been asked for this before had passport but said that we be on holiday and had come here just to send a free parcel, and I can't find on the an post Web site that you need this letter.

Somebody needs to have a serious word with the people who deliver the post. "Attempted delivery" is happening way too often, nobody was here, no note was left, lazy postman. It's becoming crazy.
