I went to the enquiries office this evening to enquire about a patient I had left at the casualty dept this morning at 8am they had no record of them in a bed in the hospital and advised me to go to the casualty office to enquire..there are 2 windows there in the casualty one unmanned , the other had a lady talking to someone else together on the other side of the glass, waiting for awhile there was no interaction so I politely knocked on the glass , just to enquire where my friend could be located, I was given a very stern told off that this person was training another and couldnt answer my enquiry..so my issue is why was the other window not open or why was there not a sign on the window that training was in progress. Why did I have to be subjected to the clearly irrated personality behind the window when a Training in Progress sign and another person at the other window when training was in progress would have helped all..is the manner I was handeled with going on to the trainee. There was also was a full capacity in the waiting room at this time so why was training been done at this time ? There was no one there at 8am ? We are all in vunerable states, when either going to hospital, enquiring or working in that enviroment, a little empathy would be nice, eye contact and I will be with you in a few moments could have helped !
I was at the hospital today for lipoma removal. The staff was very friendly, everything was done professionally. I said I was too hot, so the staff turned on the cool air. After the procedure, they offered me tea. The service was first-class.

I had my Gastrocopy and Colonoscopy here last 20th of April on a weekend clinic. The nurses and other staff were great. I've waited 2 hours for my procedure and was happy it was over. It was too much for me and I don't like to repeat this kind of examination. When I think about it, I was fasting from 11 am Friday and my procedure was Sat 2pm and I got my first food which was scone at around 3pm. Now, I know I can survive longer fasting because I'm on 16 hour fasting almost everyday but now this becomes easier.
It is ridiculous. 12 hours already on ED waiting room on the chairs with unknown huge head ache. Ct scan and Bloods were taken after 4 hours waiting. Last 5 hours we are still in the waiting room awaiting for admission on word. My husband is lying on the chairs because in not able any more to sit. Where is hudge tax which we pay. Maybe less money for unemployed and more for people who are working, paying taxes and need medical help at times !!!!!!!😡😡😡😡😡 You could die before get help. It's not płace for sick people.
