Was in for a ‘small procedure’ this morning. And, after some discussion in theatre, here is my version of ‘trip advisor’ 😉 Staff were very efficient, and reassuring, and I didn’t feel an ounce of pain. Found it all very interesting as they talked through what was happening & why. Was very quick once I made it out of the waiting room.
Stayed overnight after a procedure and the staff were so attentive. Student nurse Martina was so kind and helpful and during the night Deirdre was an absolute angel. Couldn’t have felt anymore taken care of. Thank you.
Booked in for procedure Today, when I arrived, lovely receptionist couldn’t see my booking, she called admissions manager, whom informed me that I wasn’t booked in even though I had confirmation, she told me to take a seat , she went to see if I could be accommodated unfortunately all recovering bed were allocated, and consultant apologised, she asked how I was getting home, my lift wasn’t available for a couple of hours, she arranged a taxi on there account. Thanks to all 👍
