17 years of a mix of palatine care.. Until they suggested a lethal medication in which it's addictive properties and the maintenance I had been on in which my gp was by law required to give me the maintenance.. But after a back injury I went on a drug called pregablin.. Unfortunately there was a lethal reaction and instead of telling me as I got sicker and sicker they tried to create a false narrative about me.. It was bizarre.. Involving a different doctor and I never again sat in my GPS room.. It was as if he didn't exist.. Then after they tried awful dirty tricks during the pandemic another doctor who is a bit of a attack guy.. He used his knowledge of the interactive horrible experience in which I had no idea why I was so ill... He knew and started to phone me accusing me of being rude long story short they bullied, lied and their D. E. I bullies and their medical malfeasance and they trampled all over the oath.. I cannot even begin to explain what it feels like when you're on a program for years never deviating from the program and your gp while he was never there when I went weekly the feeling of them bullying you I hope never happens to anyone else the only thing they do is lie and the proprietary doctor is pure evil as he showed me and told me nobody would believe me over them... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT TO GET WELL
I have been going to Whitehall over 30 yrs. Could not fault any of the staff on anything. Dr Wall is my main doctor, i find him very thorough and excellent at putting me at ease whenever I have any ailments. I have also gone to other doctors in this practice and have no complaints at all.
I'm in my 60s have been using Whitehall medical center since I was in my 20's. Receptionists are first class long serving ladies to new people. I have dealt with all doctors in there and got first class treatment. Even when they have trainee doctors in there you are informed that they are there. At the moment one or two of the doctors are on leave and there is a cover doctor in. I have had 4 dealing with this gentleman given me first rate treatment. Also the nurse Ashley very friendly. I will keep using their service till I can no longer. Thank you all.
I have been a patient in this medical center for many years and had such a positive experience on every level that my husband Also signed up. I can honestly say that from the reception to the medical staff the genuine care has been above and beyond. My husband has suffered from I'll health but because of early intervention he is a happy 70 yrs old enjoying life.My history has been more complex and thought Dr wall is our primary phicisian I have attended all the GP over the yrs and have always been treated with compassion and given credence to my concerns always with a further investigation. We both feel very lucky to be patients at Whitehall medical center . Sincerely Helen and Peter.
GREEDY FOR MONEY. After coming home from my holiday with some bug bites a pharmacist recommended that I go to the doctor to get them checked. I went to Whitehall I was with a doctor for 5 minutes. She told me to take some paracetamol and if the itching persists to call her. The receptionist told me it would be €60 for the 5 minutes I spent with the doctor. I told her I was a student and she gave me a pure bargain of €50 instead. A few days later my bites were still itchy. I called the doctor. She told me to take more paracetamol. Later that day her receptionist called to tell me that my “phone consultation” was going to be €50. I absolutely refused to pay it. An absolute joke. She would of got €110 if I had given In. €110 FOR 10 MINUTES OF HER TIME and to be told to take some paracetamol.
